Inflatable Adventure Park - Remarks
1. Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes. Participants should arrive 5 minutes before the designated session time on ticket. Latecomers will not be given extra time, and all arrangements are subject to the on-site staff decisions. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, and cannot be rescheduled or resold.
2. Participants must hold a valid ticket to enter. Each ticket allows single entry for one person only, and no ticket transfers are allowed after entry.
3. The facilities are only suitable for individuals aged 3 or above with height of at least 80cm. Those who do not meet these criteria are not allowed to enter.
4. Children under 120 cm in height with a valid ticket must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or above) with a valid ticket. The adult must supervise and guide the child at all times and assume full responsibility for them.
5. Each adult with a valid ticket may bring up to 2 children under 120cm in height with valid tickets into the playground.
6. To maintain hygiene and safety within the playground, all participants must remove their shoes and wear socks upon entry. Children under 120cm in height must wear non-slip socks, and other participants are also advised to wear non-slip socks, which can be brought on your own or purchased on-site (available in adult and child sizes, HK$20 per pair).
7. Participants are not allowed to perform any actions that may endanger other participants within the trampoline area.
8. For safety reasons, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of the on-site staff. The staff have the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with the guidelines and rules, and/or to ask them to leave the playground immediately. The staff also have the authority to decide whether a participant is suitable for the activity.
9. Each participant must enter and exit the playground through the designated entrance and exit.
10. Participants with visible wounds or serious illnesses (such as heart disease, neck or spinal problems) should not participate in the activity.
11. If participants feel unwell during the activity, they should raise their hand to staff for assistance immediately.
12. All facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
13. YM² Yue Man Square reserves the right to seek compensation from participants for any damage or injury caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the facilities.
14. All participants or their parents/ guardians must assess whether they are physically fit to participate in the activity. Participation in the activity implies that the participant or their parents/ guardians agree that YM² Yue Man Square is not liable for any claims or legal responsibilities for any accidents or injuries.
15. YM² Yue Man Square reserves the right to take photos or videos during the activity for record-keeping or/and promotional purposes without prior notice, and YM² Yue Man Square retains all image rights.
16. YM² Yue Man Square reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and retains the final decision-making authority; any changes will be made without prior notice.
